Sabbir Hossain has been working as a program officer at Awaj Foundation since 2020. He has three years of experience moving projects toward success as a project officer & Supervisor. He is dedicated to working hard to fulfill company and project goals. Sabbir is experienced in managing schedules, identifying and limiting risks, and maintaining all crucial documentation of work done. He is a motivated team player who excels at collaborating with other team members and project managers to solve issues, devise creative solutions, and ensure smooth sailing. He is a goal-driven professional who strives to exceed expectations daily.

He has received a 5-day training on Employment Injury Insurance from ITC ILO and now as a master trainer I also provide training to the workers on EII. He also received training on GBV, Gender & Gender Equality at workplace from TChibo, Solidarity Center multiple times. These trainings have made him an efficient trainer to conduct training session on Gender, GBV and sexual harassment issue. Sabbir has also received a training on “Collective Leadership Training of a multi-stakeholder dialogue platform on EII in Bangladesh” by GIZ for 5 Days.
