Yasmin Sultana is a Master Trainer of Awaj Foundation. She specializes in trainings on health,
human rights, labour law, family law, prevention of gender-based violence and harassment and
migrant workers’ rights. Yasmin joined Awaj in 2010, where she designs and provides trainings
and supervises junior trainers.
Yasmin has over 17 years of experience working in the development sector. In addition to
trainings, her skills include developing training modules, project proposals, organizing advocacy
programs, developing survey questionnaires and conducting field research.
Yasmin has a Master’s degree in Islamic studies.
