Md. Reajul Islam

Md Reajul Islam currently serves as the Human Resource Manager since October 2024. In this capacity, he leads impactful HR strategies aimed at enhancing workforce engagement, driving organizational growth, and cultivating a thriving workplace culture.

Prior to this, he served as Manager – HR & Admin at the Bangladesh Manobadhikar Sangbadik Foundation (BMSF) from November 2022 to September 2024, where he strengthened administrative frameworks and contributed to building a positive organizational environment. Earlier, he held the position of Manager – Office Operations at the RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) (2020–2022) and Administrator – HR & Office Operations at Stichting Bangladesh Accord Foundation (2014–2020). In these roles, he played a pivotal part in advancing workplace sustainability within Bangladesh’s Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector.

Mr. Reajul’s career foundation was built through key administrative and operational roles at Dhaka Ahsania Mission (2007–2014), Bangladesh Shishu Adhikar Forum (BSAF) (2004–2006), and CARE Bangladesh (1998–2004). These diverse roles sharpened his adaptability, strengthened his operational expertise, and prepared him to excel in dynamic and challenging environments.

He holds a Master of Commerce in Management, which enhances his strategic acumen, and a Bachelor of Law, equipping him with a clear understanding of legal frameworks. This dual qualification empowers him to effectively align organizational goals with regulatory compliance, contributing to holistic and sustainable success.

Throughout his professional journey, Md Reajul has demonstrated expertise in communication, interpersonal collaboration, human resource development, and leadership training. Known for transforming challenges into opportunities, he has consistently built high-performing teams, streamlined operations, and implemented strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational vision.
