Taslima Afroza an enthusiastic development specialist having her post graduate degree in Social science and several training in the sector of management, financial management and in human rights and governance. She is well communicated in both Bengali and English.
In the journey of 15 years of her professional path she gathered a long experience through rendering herself in the sector of development of factory labor force especially in ready-made garments (RMG). Her area of work is Coordination and implementation of Worker’s rights-based issues which contributes a congenial atmosphere in the industrial sector and increase productivity through effectively creating project cycle management structure. She has special skill in capacity building and training, Social mobilization and facilitation including Human resource management.
To tell about her strength and weaknesses she would definitely tell that her strongest part is her ability to work at any adverse situation through her flexible and pleasant approach. She is a very quick learner and can deliver any given task within the deadline which is her great face to be praised. She is basically a team leader and her leadership skill gives a very encouraging spirit among the team members when she works in any result-oriented issue. Her weaknesses are, though she can work in multicultural environment but she is not comfortable in managing messy work load and shy at expressing myself when a situation comes for self-evaluation.
To conclude she would tell that as a woman she is proud to be a worker in development sector working happily side by side with her male colleagues in home and abroad contributing towards the growth of economy.
