Mahammad Tofail Hossain is one of the Finance & Admin Officer of Awaj Foundation, has been working at this organization for 12 years. He is one of the key personnel in finance with long experience in NGO Financial management. He is the responsible for looking after the UP+ project financing. His educational qualification is in Masters of Business Administration in Bank Management. His working experience is more than 14 years at Account section in NGO sector. In Awaj Foundation his responsibilities as a Finance & Admin Officer are, maintaining effective finance and project implementation plans within the program strategy, Implement or monitor implementation against activity, outcome and impact indicators as well as track annual budget, responsible for book keeping i.e. cash book, ledger book and others, responsible for maintaining stock register and other registers, assist internal and external auditors to ensure proper audit and have audit report timely, Prepare financial statements, maintain all contracts, agreement, budget and project documents related to respective project as well as preparing quarterly and annual financial reports for donors.

He has very good comand in financial control, monitoring, cost and budgeting, TDS and VAT information following intructions of Bangladesh Govt.
